The Process

Phase 1 will take 6 weeks and focus on exploration.

Step 1: Audit Past Results

We will begin by evaluating the previous ad campaigns that Fizz has run to understand what creative angles and audiences have been tested, what’s worked and what hasn’t.

Step 3: Build Creative

Once we’ve decided on 4 concepts and the target audiences, we will build creatives.

We'll create 8 videos (4 concepts x 2 hooks) and 6 graphics with 2 copy variations for each


*28 creative tests each month

Step 5: Test & Iterate Hooks & Angles

We will spend weeks 4-6 testing creative angles and hooks against each audience.


By the end of that time period, we’ll have acquired enough data to determine which audiences are performing best and how to profitably scale them.

Step 2: Determine Target Markets

Based on this data (and any other data we can get our hands on), we will identify several audiences to target and build creatives around.

Step 4: Build Campaigns & Drive Traffic

We will build prospecting and retargeting campaigns driving qualified traffic to land on the Fizz app.

Concepts will consist of ideas like the ones in the below Notion doc. We will manage the entire production process here.

*Graphics will only take a couple days to finalize, whereas videos (pending intensity of production) will take 14-21 days to finalize.

Step 3: Copy & Paste

We will continue this trend, gradually cracking additional audiences and figuring out which hooks, selling points and creatives work for each segment.

Step 2: Expand to New Audiences

Once we’ve cracked a couple audiences and are profitably acquiring customers from those cohorts, we'll begin researching new audiences to profit from.
